Dutch singer, actor and real estate Entrepreneur Paul P. Hörmann started the whole process of Berlin Singsman with a production of "TCHAP - The Comedian Harmonists Project". Together with New European Music Festival a series of concerts with Orchestra were performed in several German cities. Thereafter Hörmann perfectioned the TCHAP concept with a series of programs and concerts, 2018 to be renamed in "B E R L I N  S I N G S M E N".
